Fireside Fizz is a comforting yet refreshing winter drink that marries cinnamon spice, bright lemon and the deep herbal notes of Sentia Black. Topped with ginger ale, it delivers warmth and effervescence in equal measure — the fizzy, spiced equivalent of relaxing next to a fire.

This cocktail is perfect for unwinding after a long day or for sipping slowly during casual holiday gatherings. Cosy, aromatic and lightly sparkling, it’s a winter favourite that offers comfort without heaviness.

Ingredients

2 oz Sentia GABA Black
1 oz cinnamon syrup
1 oz lemon juice
Top with ginger ale

Combine GABA Black, cinnamon syrup and lemon juice in a shaker
Shake and pour into an ice filled glass
Top with a splash of ginger ale
