Thank you for your message. We are truly sorry you did not enjoy drinking SENTIA. Every customer feedback is helpful.
I felt it might be helpful to provide you with some background information on SENTIA and our Product Development. We do research ways to mask some of the bitterness inherent in the plants we use. As a result, SENTIA is a concentrated blend of botanicals with a strong taste. While many people tell us they love and appreciate the resulting liquid, clearly we are all different. We do understand and appreciate that SENTIA, like any drink, cannot be to everyone's liking.
Effect - You mentioned a lack of effect and this can be for a number of reasons.
While we limit the strength of the active ingredients according to standards set by the Food Standards Authority, our individual chemistry (and especially our GABA system) is very much our own. Individual differences in DNA and physiology are further accentuated by diet, health and lifestyle. As a result tolerances vary from person to person, and so does our experience of SENTIA.
Alcohol in system - Alcohol consumption increases tolerance to GABA release and this is likely to moderate the SENTIA experience. Studies suggest that abstaining from alcohol for 2 to 3 weeks can help to reset our tolerance to GABA release.
Medication - SSRI’s (Selective Serotonin Inhibitors), anti-psychotics, tranquillisers and some epileptic medications may inhibit the effects of SENTIA.
Tolerance - Given the above, we do see a wide range in tolerance and of responses to SENTIA in the consumer reports that we receive. These range from ‘too strong’ through ‘just right’, to ‘little or no effect’.
Hangover symptoms - This is especially disappointing and I have highlighted this in our customer reports database. I have written you a personal email with some questions so we can investigate further.
Again, I am sorry you did not enjoy SENTIA. I can reassure you our development team works hard to continuously improve our liquids and we regularly receive thankyous, reviews, congratulations, and industry awards for flavour and function.

Many of whom were pleasantly surprised and still stock a bottle at home to this day.'
