3 cups non alcoholic red wine

1 cup Sentia GABA Black

1 cup apple juice

1 orange, sliced

1 lemon, sliced

2 cinnamon sticks

8 whole cloves

3 to 4 star anise

1-2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
Directions
In a large saucepan, combine the non-alcoholic red wine and apple juice
- Add the sliced orange, cinnamon sticks, whole cloves and star anise
Add maple syrup to sweeten the mixture. Adjust the sweetness according to your preference
- Place the saucepan over low to medium heat. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer, do not boil
- Allow the mixture to simmer for at least 15-20 minutesStrain the mixture and pour into a heat resistant glass
