1 oz GABA Gold
2tsp ginger cordial
2tsp fresh lemon juice
Non-alcohol sparkling wine
Ice

Garnish

Candied ginger
Lemon peel twist
Sprig of thyme

Top with non-alcoholic sparkling wine (we use Wild Life Botanicals)
