Haven’t received the product

I purchased a few bottles, wanted to give it as gifts and try it. Thought it would make for a cool stocking stuffer. Long story short, tracking has completely stopped it has been in the same spot for well over a week.
To be fair I emailed the company they asked me to give it a week. They are afraid the original order might be delivered as the new one is sent. Basically they have lost track of the package as well. SERIOUSLY need to work on that.
But when ( if ) it arrives , I’ll give them 5* if it’s as good as they say…..

Where is my order?

I would love to leave a detailed review but I keep getting notifications that it was delivered and it was not. Sad. Was looking forward to it.

Also, customer service punts you down to AI. Not the best when you’re spending $100 plus to try a new product.

this is probably the kind of product that affects different people in different ways, but for me, this didn't even enter the ballpark of the claims they make.

Has the worst taste and has absolutely no effect. So it’s an all around no for me. Had really high hopes for this but it’s completely worthless. Don’t waste your money.

Sentia is a blend of concentrated botanicals and has a very strong taste indeed and therefore not palatable to everyone. However, there are many people who absolutely love the taste of Sentia especially in one of our specially crafted mocktail recipes which you can find in the following link : https://us.sentiaspirits.com/pages/mocktail-recipes. Have you perhaps tried mixing Sentia with your favourite mixer?
With regards Sentia's effect, we are sorry to hear that Sentia isn’t working for you right now, there could be a number of reasons for this:

Individual variances: Your GABA system is very much your own, and individual chemistry varies from person to person, so the experience of SENTIA will vary too.

Alcohol in system: Regular alcohol drinkers may have a high tolerance to GABA release, which will moderate the Sentia experience. Studies suggest that you can reset your tolerance to GABA release by refraining from drinking for 2 to 3 weeks.

SSRI’s: (Selective Serotonin Inhibitors) anti-psychotics, tranquillisers and some epileptic medications may inhibit the effects of SENTIA.

Expectations: SENTIA is not designed to get you “drunk”, but offer a more refined experience. All feelings are of course very subjective, and will vary from person to person.

Context: There is a great deal of scientific evidence indicating that drinking (or talking any mind altering substance) alone creates a very different effect from doing so socially. The science suggests the same will be true with SENTIA.
