Shipping Questions

Currently we only ship to the US market which is done from a number of locations across the US and via a number of carriers.

You should receive the tracking information once the products have been packed and ready for despatch.

*Currently FREE SHIPPING is offered in the US Only for product orders over $90.

*Shipping rates are displayed at checkout and vary depending on location and order weight.

There are certain States to which we cannot ship to: which include:

 Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Palau,Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific.

*We generally process orders within 1-2 business days.

Orders placed in the US are usually delivered within 2-7 business days after they are processed.
